Security tags left on goods / had to take item to Next to have tag removed / Customer service very poor / nobody answers phone on direct line number / Charge for returning faulty goods or goods that don't fit / Much better experience with On Line competitors who make it easy to resolve customer queries.
Suggest that you set a minimum order value to secure free delivery.
Good telephone access to Customer Service, to sort any issues, will make a huge difference, especially as many customers don't live near to a Cruise store.
