I ordered 5 items on the morning of 26th January, I paid £6.99 for standard delivery. Three of the items arrived on the 22nd and the remaining items on the 27th, which is simply not good enough when paying £7 for delivery.
One of the items still had a security tag on it, I will now have to post it back at my own expense.
Overall not a great customer experience.
