I won't be ordering from here again. I ordered a grey cardigan. The order confirmation said I had ordered black. I rang up and was told they couldn't change the order and I could return it but I would incur a returns charge. This is despite the error being on their end.
The attitude of their staff is indifferent and condescending. I've got to give them some credit though, they did deliver the package in two days.
