Received shoes that had clearly been worn before and were faulty. Rang up to speak about them and ask if there were any more in stock and was spoken to as though I was an ex boyfriend of the call handler ringing to insult her family. Asked to be put through to someone else and was greeted with
'ello!?'
Sent an email regarding the problem I still had and haven't received any reply. After spending a fortune with cruise fashion over recent years I am very disappointed.
