Bought a £43 jacket with £6 delivery.
Then it was too small. Cruise advise u use royal mail recorded delivery. No pre paid address. So it cost £11 to get bigger size. So my £43 jacket actually cost me £60. For such a big company it's poor customer service. The shop is great but would not advise jeering anything online
