I bought a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes as a wedding gift for my fiancé. When the box arrived it was bashed up and ripped in places.
Cruise fashion advised me that they could not send me out a replacement box and all they can do is refund the delivery charge.
All in all I feel a little let down by the seservice.
