The items I ordered online, didn’t fit, instead of returning my order by post the staff in cruise Glasgow - at their discretion kindly went out their way to swap the items for my dream Valentino shoes that were on sale with a saving of £300..they even hunted down a pair of socks to make up the difference for my exchange.. still smiling :) Thanks Cruise Glasgow!!!
