I have received my order and there is an item missing - it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone after making 6 calls and being in queues and then having wait 25 minutes is not acceptable. I am a very good customer but it will put me off ordering again. this is the second time in 2 months I have had the same issue. something not right with quality control/dispatch
