I have ordered for a pair Of luxury trainers for the first time from cruise. I have received the delivery within 3 days. Unfortunately I have ordered wrong side therefore I had to return for exchange. Cruise dealt with quickly . I am very happy with the service because they were kept me updated during the process.
The only down side is that the they charge me for the delivery also I had to pay for the return. I wish the have provided free return slip.
Overall I was happy with the product And service. I definitely recommend.
