i used to love shopping grom cruise ,i really loved it,and i am a regular customer ,i can check my purchases from the email,until last month when i had a problem with a jimmy choo bag that i purchased from cruise ,from the first time i wore it it got stains that never came out and when contacted cruise for an exchange or refund they refused,and i think the after sale service is something very important for a successful business ,thank you
