I am a very frequent customer at cruise.... been going there for years.
I really was really surprised this time as it was the first time when customer service were so abrupt and didn’t really seem to care.
I had ordered two pair of shoes and for some reason didn’t go through with the extra twenty percent off , I called and was abruptly told sorry there wasn’t any faulteith system as if I was lying and we don’t care .
I was gutted as I loved them .
This all happened last week .
