Product arrived and as anticipated it is synthetic.
No response to any E mails.
International shipping has cost £20 + time wasted.
Returning product and expect Cruise will do the right thing and compensate all shipping fees due to misdescription.
They need to learn to respond to clients within a given timeframe.
It’s now 10 days since original request with no phone number and they don’t answer E mails.
