I am happy with the items I purchased although 3 items were cancelled due to them being out of stock. Delivery was prompt.
Also I had purchased items before Christmas and was rewarded £30 to spend in cruise due to a promotional deal on how much I spent. However I did not receive the £30 to spend and the website would not let me sign in properly. I tried numerous times to change my password so I could get into my account but was unsuccessful. I would be grateful if you could look into this.
