I made two orders recently. The first was an order of approx 40 items totaling approx GBP 500. The latter for two items totaling GBP 160. When I made both orders, all items were in stock according to the website. The orders also coincided with the start of the further reductions across the site suggesting that it was just before sales increased as a result of the reductions. Whilst I received the second package of two items, and I had received confirmation of my first order in full, I did not receive the first order. I received a number of emails the following week informing me as various items from my order were going out of stock, but still no delivery. I tried contacting Cruise through the website to find out what was going on. No response. I tried through facebook where I eventually received a response only to be told that it had been referred back to the website. I then eventually received an email telling me my order had gone through to dispatch minus half of the items I had originally ordered. Then a day later I received an email saying my entire order had been cancelled because Cruise had failed to take the funds from my account. What a disgrace. I have ordered many times from Cruise before and have generally been happy, although trying to contact your Customer Services Department is impossible. And now I had my entire order cancelled through Cruise's incompetence. I have also previously publicised the good prices on Cruise but alas I do not think I will be doing this again. A very poor experience.
