Abysmal everything. I don't expect to pay over £400 for a pair of shoes which come in a bashed up box with dirty marks all over them. When I e-mailed to make Cruise aware of my issue, I heard nothing back from the company so had to ring. When I rang, I was told a pair of shoes could not be held for me for exchange, because their systems wouldn't allow me to do it. When it was suggested that photos of the item were sent to management to consider some money back off my purchase, I was advised someone would be in touch with me that day. It's 5 days later now. Needless to say I will be returning the item and never using this company again.
