The cruise/flannels website has a fantastic array of clothing with some spectacular savings to be had.
However, it is this factor alone that makes me come back. The ordering process is dated and not befitting of the calibre of brands and prices that customers are paying - no next day delivery in particular and the inability to track orders.
Also, the stock is not accurately updated online - so often I have placed orders then get an email 2 days later saying the item is out of stock. This is so frustrating!
