A very poor customer service. Took 4 days to tell me an item was out of stock tried to cancel remainder of order and was told this had been done. No goods sent out but still took my money. Now two weeks after order was submitted I now have to raise a dispute through paypal as cruise will not refund me and say I have to go through paypal. This company seem to have no customer service when things go wrong. They start to ignore emails as I sent 1 a day for 7 days and they only responded when I mentioned paypal and the response was okay claim through paypal. No offer of a refund or trying to help.
Cruise yes but unfortunately its on the titanic. Absolute disaster.
