I would rate Cruise with 5 stars, if it wasnt for DPD (they're delivery service)
Its unacceptable to have an "Express service " that takes 2 weeks.
If only you had a delivery service like DHL you would have 5 stars and a lot more clients.
P.s. check your competitor( Farfetch) how good their reviews are, its because of fast delivery
