Excellent service and delivery was quick. However some of their products that I bought did not feel genuine. DKNY Jumpers I bought that were marked down from £70 to £10 were of poor quality i.e. extremely thin cotton and the labels were cheaply attached. Definitely not designer quality. But then again its an outlet not retail. These are not the same as the ones you buy from high streets. If you think you are buying designer goods at reduced price then you're wrong. You're paying the right price for poor quality version of the designer goods that were never sold in their retail stores.
