Having received a gift card from a third party that was able to be used at Cruise I contacted customer service for assistance and their email reply took over 3 days! This was then passed to a lady called Stephanie who said she'd look into this and basically never got back to me. I finally resolved this myself with no help from customer services, by which point one item had now sold out, I then chose another item and completed my purchase. I was disappointed further to receive an email to state that the additional item could not be fulfilled, this was however over the weekend when I could not contact customer services to amend my order.
For high end clothing, certainly not the best company I've shopped with before and I doubt I'll shop here again.
