Ordered Y3 trainers costing £180. When received were in a blank shoebox and opened to discovered black marks on the trainers, creases and dirty souls so they had obviously been worn. Sent an email to complain and the only response I received was 'I am sorry to hear that the items were unsuitable' which is absolutely ridiculous. Went to return the trainers only to discover that online items cannot be returned to stores and to return these would be at my own cost. They sent me worn trainers and I have to fork out to return them to get my money back?! Very disappointing and will not be using again.
