I am deeply upset with the overall service from Cruise Fashion. Being a regular customer and regularly visiting stores in Derby and Leicester, the service from the online team has been dreadful. It was just a simply quarry which lead on to become a huge issue. I would receive template responses from customer service and it was so obvious the concerns raised had not been assessed or investigated. I continue to reply to the e-mails I would receive and as always, I would receive a template e-mail simply offering an apology and nothing more. I called through to customer service a number of times, and after being on hold for almost 45 minutes, I was forced to put the phone down. When I was able to get through to Customer Service, the advisor would try and hurry me along, taking very little interest in my concern and almost dismissing the issue at hand. I would have a different advisors retuning my e-mail and it was clear they had no idea what the issue was or what was said in past e-mails. There was no personal service at all. Advisors such as Fatima Ali who I spoke to over the phone just kept talking over me, showed no interest or concern regarding the quarry or the fact that I had been waiting for a lengthy period of time. I felt she was just logging and flogging my concerns, and trying to rush through as many calls as possible. After several e-mail and calls, I finally managed to speak with Angela Cunningham who managed to resolve my issue and provide respectable service. But by this point it was too little too late to be frank. Although I appreciate everything Angela had to offer and this service should have been provided much sooner.
