Ordered a medium Calvin Klein sweatshirt based on the size guidelines and the item was far too big for my partner’s 6ft 5in son!! It looked like a tent.
Having to pay for a return when the sizing was so wrong is also unacceptable after paying so much for delivery in the first place.
