Item came fast and the product was to my satisfaction however I did not receive a confirmation email. When I enquired about this I found that I was faced with a robot which was very disappointing When I finally got a human the amount of time it took to get a reply was unsatisfactory, by the time I got a reply the item was already received.
So the product was great customer service was very poor.
