Placed my order for 2 items on Saturday evening, Sunday I received an email that 1 item is not in stock and they will send the other item. I emailed them back that I don't want to go ahead with my order as its silly to pay £6 delivery for one small item but the reply I got back was Customer services is closed over the weekend though I received 10s of emails about my order.
Monday morning, I contacted the CS's that I don't want to place my order as I don't want to pay delivery for only one item but my order was already dispatched. I emailed customer services again that what if I place another order and you don't have item again in stock..I will end up paying delivery charges again. Yet to receive a reply!!
2 weeks after placing the order, the unavailable item is still listed on website and I wonder how many people would have ordered it to only find out that its not in stock.
My concern is if I place order for more than 1 item then there is a risk of paying delivery charges even if one of the items is not in stock and the only way to play safe is order 1 item at a time
First time used them and probably the last time.
On the positive side, delivery is very quick
