Really disappointed that my item (Ralph Lauren knitwear) was not even folded but thrown in to the packaging.
Yes it was a clearance item but still over £80 plus the pricey postage fee - could’ve been sent with more care!
Other than that nice quality item and quick delivery.
Would’ve hoped for better attention to detail from people at Cruise .......
