Paid for next day delivery, parcel arrived 4 days after. Complained to get a refund but had no further contact.
I've been shopping within cruise shops for over 30 years but I will never use the mail order service again. Shops are fine but the online service is none existing.
I would ad ise you stay well clear. Use at your peril if something goes wrong absolutely no one with bother sorting it out.
Discrace full from sush a high end retailer it's well said it just a posh sports direct.
