I'm a very experienced Internet shopper and even though despite the mostly bad reviews I did give Cruise a go. My experience: the items ordered arrived not within a day scale as its advertised on their website but rather a week or so later which was ok as I weren't in a hurry but had I been, the service would have been unacceptable. When the items arrived - 4 things - shoes were really poor quality, cheap and tacky looking, one jumper was damaged and one top simply hideous but that's not their fault, it's the designer but quality again really bad. However when returning them unlike their competitors I had to pay £15! Would I go back and shop with them again? No. Would I recommend them? No. But were they absolutely poorly as some of the reviews? Don't think so but why shop with them and experience a mediocre service when you can use Netaporter or Outnet and hace quality, style and superb customer service.
However this review might change for the worst because I am yet to actually get a refund.
