Complaint made through the website 12/05/2020 and still waiting for a response.
Purchased some Paul and shark trainers and when they arrived they had a small chunk taken from the left trainer.
Cruise is a reputable business and Paul & shark are a high quality “designer”. how did my trainers manage to arrive at my door in poor condition?
I don’t want the hassle of sending them back but I do want some sort of compensation.
