I have been writing multiple times to the customer care (more than 10 for the past 2 weeks) and also used the contact option (question: Can I Cancel my order) on the site, to request for a return on my VAT (as my order is to Malaysia) and NO ONE has attended to it. Until today, there is no reply and my mails are ignored.

There is no response and follow up.
Please return me my VAT! I am still waiting!
As of today (April 14, 2015) I have not heard from anyone yet!!
