Been a customer of cruise for a good few years now. Mostly in-store but as of recent ways the world is going at the moment, I’ve turned to online.
I believe cruisefashion run a website that is quick and easy to use. I’d ordered a jacket around February time as I was travelling to Germany for a weekend but the jacket had arrived with a security tag on it, this meant I had to travel into my local store for it to be removed. Customer service online is easy and affective but I think some improvements can Infact be made. Extra care when selecting products before packaging them etc. Overall I’ve not got much complaints at all. I love being a customer of cruise and I will continue to be a shopper with you guys. Keep up the good work.
