Great products at decent prices, good customer service and reasonably fast shipping to Australia.
The only critical feedback I could provide is that the online updates/emails from the time of order to delivery could be improved.
I have often had an item that according to the Cruise website is "awaiting collection by courier" or something to that effect, when it has in fact already been dispatched.
The updates could be improved to more accurately reflect the status of each delivery.
