Wouldn’t order again to be honest...
I have now messaged Cruise on the app and emailed about faulty item I’ve received well over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back still, I am really not impressed as you can imagine. I will be sending the White Hugo jumper that has black marks all down one side of the arm and I do expect a full refund of p&p as I also had to pay for delivery too! I also have to get someone else to do it as I am pregnant and at high risk so won’t be entering any shops!
This is not the first time I’m having issues with cruise delivery, my partner also purchased a Gucci belt costing £295 and it turned up in a plastic bag! I think for the money that we’re paying is just very poor! I’ll have send it back tomorrow as it’s bank holiday!
