Placed an online order which was delivered by collect+. Arrived at the newsagent, but no release code had been sent so the newsagent was unable to give me my parcel even with the correct ID. Tried to contact Cruise via email, but no response for days! When I did get a response I was given the wrong release code! Contacted via email again, no response again for days. When I finally got a response the parcel had already been sent back! In the end I managed to get a full refund. There needs to be a better contact facility i.e. telephone number which could have easily solved this.
