It took 2 weeks to receive a pair of shoes, at the time of placing the order it said estimated delivery was 3 days and the shoes were in stock so I saw no reason for any delays. Any time I tried to find out what was taking so long I got an automated email response. The courier used is excellent, but it took too long for Cruise to process my order and I found it unacceptable that no one could tell me what was taking so long. I also personally think the postage costs are too high, £6 postage normally covers a next day delivery service. I will be very reluctant to order online from Cruise again.
