Didn't have the item I ordered in stock so they sent me a similar inferior item instead.
I didn't want the item so tried to return it to my local store so I'd save on postage, but no they wouldn't accept it!
So in all, I'm £11 out of pocket for something that was Cruise's fault. They should have just cancelled order and refunded my cash instead of sending me an alternative.
It's the first time I've used the website and it will be the last.
