I was placing my 2nd order online with Cruise and had placed a number of items into my basket, which to me is the same as being in store and putting items behind the counter whilst you continue to shop, the items in my basket then became "currently out of stock" meaning I could no longer purchase these items and I feel that this is unacceptable and shopping online should carry the same protection as shopping in store and items should not be allowed to be sold from under your nose when placed into your basket. I have submitted a complaint through Cruise customer care and await a response.
