Haven’t bought anything from your company for ages due to poor or absolutely no customer service and lack of service from your staff in stores. I actually went into Glasgow cruise to buy this purchase at full price and due to lack of help and anyone actually being bothered to serve or assist anyone. I didn’t.
Your online service was quick and easy to use. I Would possibly consider shopping again with you this way as I feel I’ve had as much interaction if not more with this service.
