Very disappointed with condition of my box when I picked it up in store. It was a £700 pair of balenciaga shoes and the box was smashed in on one side. Was a birthday gift for my daughter :-(
Had to accept them as they were as a new pair may not have been delivered on time.
Cruise need to ensure delivery of expensive items is more careful......will probably not order from here again due to this.
