Due to working shifts I mostly shop online as it's convenient, however when I have to return goods I have to pay for the postage, I took the goods into my local store, to be met with attitude from the shop assistants. This really angered me as myself and my husband have spent a small fortune in Cruise and its sister stores. When I asked about returning or exchanging goods in store she snottily replied it was something they didn't do, when I queried having to pay to return goods she said it wasn't her problem, absolutely disgusting attitude to have. Poor customer service skills, looking down her nose at people.......
