When placing orders for quite a high amount I am very disappointed that delivery charges are so high.
Unless I was desperate for something I wouldn’t consider shopping online with Cruise again, especially when I also then need to pay for returning items and cant do it in store.
Since Cruise have gone into partnership with Sports Direct it also has put me off shopping in store,
