I purchased my order over 10 days ago now and have yet to receive it. Your courier Yodel have failed to update their system and cannot offer me an answer to where my delivery is.
I find this totally unacceptable, Yodel have shown a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy
their attitude has been nothing short of disgraceful
