Merchandise excellent and good website, unfortunately I was disappointed paying for next day delivery but unfortunately I did not realize it was 6.15 when I placed the order. I phoned customer services because I was charged £9.99 for next day delivery and the goods didn't arrive till 4 days later and still no response from customer services
