I bought a pair of boots for my girlfriend for her birthday. When they arrived we inspected the boots and discovered that the boots had been previously worn. There was scuff marks on the soles the leather was cracked and the insoles were danmaged with nail marks. The box the boots arrived in was not the correct box for these boots. I
Paid £140 for these boots from an high end fashion retailer I expect the service and products much better than this. I will be writing a letter of complaint.
