I asked for a jacket to be delivered to a store so I could try it for size. Despite repeated requests to the warehouse by the manager and an assistant ( who couldn't have been more helpful) the jacket had not appeared 2 weeks later. I ordered it on-line- and surprise surprise- it arrived within 2 days. This was poor service-not by the store, but by the warehouse. I don't see why I should be asked to pay up front for a high value item just to come into a store.
