The on line purchase was easy however the delivery via Yodel was extremely frustrating - they insisted they tried to deliver twice and left cards but not at my address. I had to contact them daily until delivery was successful on the third attempt - this was following the parcel being held to check the address after my first complaint. In total a 4 day delay!
