I think the delivery times are needlessly long. Take all saints for example, guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before 4pm. Regardless to wether there is a sale on or not
And the fact you cannot return items in store that were bought online is an absolute joke. I don't think there is another clothes store in Britain that you cannot return items in store. If this were changed, I think your online sales would increase
