The ordering process was very easy and item was dispatched very quickly.
I would have given five stars if the courier had given a one or two hour delivery window as other couriers do, instead of just the day of delivery. The first delivery attempt wasn't made until 1630. A subsequent delivery was made four days later around 1530 meaning someone had to waste a whole day off waiting for the delivery.
