I recently order a paid of trainers that I paid £300 for, and haven't received.
According to cruise these have been signed for by myself, not sure how considering I don't have them. I got in contact with cruise who have not done much to help resolve this issue, not offered to resend or to refund any money to me and that they couldn't help me any further and to seek advice elsewhere.
Disgusting service, they have £300 of my money and I have no trainers!!!!!
