Called Cruise1st yesterday to enquire about adding dates in Sydney at the end of the cruise. The lady said she would have to speak to the flight team on Monday and would call.
By 4.30pm Monday no one had called, so I call them to be told that the lady I dealt with in Sunday was on the telephone and she would call me back.
Still no call back.
Shocking customer service.
So I have booked my cruise with someone else who is interested in my money.
